28 week ultrasound

Kevin and I decided a few weeks ago that it'd be fun to get an ultrasound at Becoming Mom Spa, a place near us that specializes in 3d/4d ultrasounds along with spa services for expecting moms. I could not have been more impressed with the service we received.

Last Saturday, my mother was in town visiting so we made our appointment for that morning so she could attend. Additionally Kevin's mother was able to come, so it was a nice morning activity for the expecting parents and grandparents!

After 30 minutes of trying, the ultrasound technician was able to get some great profile shots but no real facial shot, as Binga seems to be camera shy and snuggles her little hands over her face! So, they invited us back today for a free session to try a second time to get good pictures. Well, that didn't work! She was in the same position and kept her hands up by her face.

Well, 2 appointments later, Kevin and I realized two things. 1) Binga is stubborn and camera shy and 2) God and Binga are telling us to just wait and be surpsied when we see her face in a few months! So, below are some of the profile shots we liked the most. The second session, my aminotic fluid was a little darker (note to self - drink more water!) so these are actually from the first session.
