Asheville

The week before Christmas, we were fortunate to be able to take a quick trip to Asheville, NC with Kevin's parents. We had a great and relaxing few days off before we headed down to Greenville to spend another few amazing days with Emilie's family.

It was a long drive down (7 hours) but Abby did great!





A few highlights included...

A trip to the Biltmore House at night (candlelight with the Christmas decorations - beautiful!) and a visit back the next day to get some family pictures






A Nice dinner at the Corner Kitchen in Biltmore Village. Grandma Bookie and Poobah came up from Greenville to join us and Abby had some of her first table food!




And a visit to the Grove Park Inn to see the National Gingerbread Competition (as you can see by the picture with Kevin, Abby wasn't so sure about all of the Gingerbread entries)





It was a great trip!
