Kevin, Willow, Baby Binga, and I hope that all of you readers had a great holiday. We had an exceptionally good holiday with the Kroner Family this year and were also able to spend some time with some friends and other family members.
Baby Binga also had a great Christmas and received some wonderful gifts from her aunts and uncles, Bookie and Poobah Miller, and Grandma and Grandpa Kroner. I'll have to take a picture of all of the loot that we already have for her! She'll be set by the time she arrives!
Baby Binga is a little over 22 weeks old and is approximately the size of a large papaya or a football now - weighing in at 1.0 lbs or a little more and 10 or 11 inches long. She's able to hear us now so we've stepped up our reading to her. The other day, Kevin was reading "The Expectant Father" aloud and she went crazy kicking away! Clearly she loves the sound of her daddy's voice! Other things that have stimulated her movement and when I noticed an uptake in kicking... hockey (we went to a Cyclones game last night and she was going crazy!), Christmas music, and reading the book of baby names (It's almost like she's trying to tell us yes or no on potential names!)
Kevin and I are headed to Columbus for a few days this week to have some alone time before little one arrives. We'll be sure to post lots of pictures.
