Well, I just returned from a frusterating 38 week appointment with my OB group. Seems as if my doctor today thinks I'm still closed up as compared to my dr. last week which put me at about 1 cm dilated. Moral of the story? Binga will probably not be here for awhile longer.
On the bright side, her heartbeat was good (160) and she kicked the dr who gave me the discouraging news. :) According to my food estimates, she's the size of a watermelon. Which translates to her mama is the larger than a watermelon.
In other news, I'm officially ready to meet her. I'm tired. Cranky. Uncomfortable. and overall, just ready to be a mama to Binga on the outside and in the real world where I can touch her little fingers, see her daily, snuggle up to her, etc.
These are going to be 3 very long weeks. (My dr schedules inductions at 41 weeks).
